I recognise that choosing the right counsellor is a crucial decision. To help you feel confident in your choice, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This time allows us to discuss your needs in therapy while giving you a chance to get a sense of my approach and how we might work together. If we decide to work together our sessions will be 50 minutes normally meeting once per week, however this can be discussed during our first session together.

I maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and will never disclose or discuss our work with anyone. I adhere strictly to the confidentiality guidelines set forth by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

To make therapy more accessible to everyone, I offer a limited number of concession sessions for students and individuals with lower incomes.
